Similarly, athletes who regularly practice gratitude have better mental health, higher levels of positive emotions, and better overall well-being.
Ancient philosophers, such as Aristotle and Epicurus, also recognized the connection between gratitude and well-being. So the next time you are feeling down, try taking a moment to reflect on the things you are grateful for. It may not solve all of your problems, but it can certainly help put things into perspective and boost your happiness.
